I have a new car; do I need to take it to a dealership to have the windshield replaced in order to keep my warranty valid?
No! The glass that we use is the same quality and has all the safty featuers as the OEM glass and will not void your warranty.
My car is a leased vehicle. Am I responsible for glass damage?
Yes. Even if you lease a vehicle, you are responsible for all maintenance and repairs required to keep the vehicle in good working order as outlined in the owner’s manual.
Is aftermarket glass as good as OEM?
All glass is regulated by the goverment for safty and quality and is requierd to meet OEM standards to be sold in the USA. Also, all imported cars I.E. Honda, toyota, etc don’t make their own glass, they are made by an aftermarket company that just stamps their name on it.
How long will a rock chip repair last?
When done correctly by an experienced technician it will last a lifetime.
How Long of a crack can you repair and how will it look?
I repair cracks up to 18″ long. By the time i get to most cracks they have been exposed to the weather and gotten dirt into them making the crack more visible when repaired. If the crack is repaired right away it will look more like a clear crack than the dark black one you see now. But in either case it will not crack further.
How long does it take to replace a windshield?
In most cases it takes under an hour.
What does your warrenty cover?
I offer a lifetime warranty on all my work. If your windshield leaks, or a molding comes off or any part fails i will take care of it at no cost to you.
What kind of payment do you accept?
